Ola Dantis BSc MSc, the Founder/CEO at Dwellynn.com, a multifamily investment syndication firm, has successfully closed deals of over 25 million dollars by working closely with, Brokers, Sellers, and with other Apartment Syndicators across the country. Ola, an entrepreneur at heart, brings his experience in owning and managing cash-flowing multifamily property in his personal real estate portfolio to larger multifamily investing. This foundational experience derived from the strategic acquisition, renovation, and repositioning has been instrumental in the apartment syndication space, resulting in a competitive edge in value add and equity creation. In addition, Ola draws from his leadership and analytic skills as a manager for a Fortune 6 company. Ola hosts a weekly popular podcast called The Dwellynn Show and interviews real estate investors and entrepreneurs across the U.S. Ola has a Bachelors of Science (BMedSc) in Biomedical Science from the University of Birmingham Medical School and a Masters of Science (MSc) in Strategic Marketing and Consulting from University of Birmingham Business school. Ola has been involved in over 700 units but is currently a General Partner on 244 units across Texas.
